The service advisor, Brad McConnell was wonderful. He explained about the recall and how it affected my car and told me about the maintenance check. Like family Dealt with Dahl for many years. Have purchased many new cars there. Very friendly. Deal with Dan Wich, Dawn, April. for the most part. But everyon Dealt with Dahl for many years. Service Center Feedback I have owned Ford cards for the last 10+ years and always choose another local Ford Dealership for my service. Always. But, after a few horrible exper I have owned Ford cards for the last 10+ years and always choose another local Ford Dealership for my service. Always. But, after a few horrible experiences with the other guys, I contact Javier at Dahl for help. Javier told me that April would be contacting me first thing on Monday and that she would take care of me. Not only did April contact me on schedule, we had my car in the next day, had detailed notes on the work to be done, and had Hertz ready for me to give me my rental per my extended warranty. Did I also mention that she knew who I was as soon as I walked in without me even telling her my name!? All of my concerns were corrected on the car, the service center communication was on point, the transaction was easy and painless and Im completely satisfied. I hate having my car in the shop. Even more, I always feel like Im being taken advantage of. Not this time. No cluster of miscommunications, no running around looking for my keys and MOST IMPORTANTLY - I didn't have to walk to the back of the lot in the cold weather to get my car myself. It was pulled up to the door, warm and ready for me. It's the little things that matter. More
Above and beyond My Mustang had a issue with the leather on the steering wheel and I brought it to the service department to see what could be done. They went and got a camera and took pictures of it to send to Ford to get the whole steering wheel replaced. No questions asked. I never felt so taken care of, but that's not it. I also had some tires being put on also so we scheduled it at the same time to avoid multiple trips. I was going to be out my car and the service department had no "loaners" at this time when it was scheduled. Not wanting to reschedule April in the service department went above and beyond by telling my problem to the agent that sold me the car James Drummond. He jumped on it and got me a vehicle to drive and made me feel like a king. Both sales and service at Dahl has always gone above and beyond for myself and everyone I have known. They really to get it there and go the extra mile. More

Fast, Rliable Service I dropped off my 2010 Expedition and my wife's 2015 Focus for service, and both were completed the same day. Not unusual for this service department.
