Service department rip off! Took my truck in to them due to a airbag recall. I figured while it was there I cld get the gate latch fixed due to it cracking a couple weeks ago an Took my truck in to them due to a airbag recall. The service department wanted to charge me $180 to diagnose the problem with the latch, which was clear as day what the problem was. Then wanted to charge me $200 to replace the latch. I just ordered the part for $25 and going to do it myself, saving me over $350. Rip off artist! More

Going above and beyond I scheduled an oil change with Dahl Ford for 06/14/19. My vehicle, a 1918 EcoSport, has the Xylan coating and is warrantied against damage. Another vehicle put a scratch on one of my doors, so when I went in for the oil change I asked to have it repaired. The body tech came over to me and said it covers dings, not scratches. He checked it out and repaired it for me anyway free of charge. I appreciate that he did something for me that he didn't have to do. He helped me maintain the value of my vehicle. He recognized that it was important to me, and took time from his other tasks to address that concern. More
