Incompetent of oil change Incompetent of an oil change and almost blew my engine. I took my car in on a Friday to receive an oil change. The following Monday, I had to get my Incompetent of an oil change and almost blew my engine. I took my car in on a Friday to receive an oil change. The following Monday, I had to get my 2019 Jeep cherokee towed because the Low Oil Pressure Warning came on and the car stopped driving completely. The car was towed back to the dealership where they told me they did a bad oil change and put the wrong filter on. My car had no oil in it at all. After picking my car back up from them on Tuesday, I let the service advisor Luis know that since their faulty oil change, my car has been delayed when starting and he failed to call me back and return my calls. The whole purpose in someone taking their car to the dealership for service is to ensure that they can receive the best service, and feel secure in that the job would be done correctly. My brand new car is now messed up thanks to their faulty oil change and they have no sympathy whatsoever. If they can mess up an oil change, think about what other damage they can do. Do not get your cars serviced here. The only good thing about this place is the woman whom works at the service desk, she has been nice on both occasions and helpful. More

Came in with print-out. Sales Person bait and switch? I came in with a print out of a car I was looking to negotiate pricing/sales for. The sales person attending me, took the print-out, then proceeded to I came in with a print out of a car I was looking to negotiate pricing/sales for. The sales person attending me, took the print-out, then proceeded to produce a new print-out with a new sales price. The new price had an additional thousand dollars on top of the original price from my print-out. I thought, at the very least we could possibly negotiate something between the car's price and my trade-in, the salesperson tells me that internet prices are fixed and do not change whatsoever. Personally I thought that statement was pretty comical because clearly it had changed. I was told that there was nothing he(sales-person) could do for me. However there was something I could do, that I needed to place down on top of the trade-in otherwise there's nothing else that can be done. I told the salesperson my intentions were to come in solely with my trade-in and negotiate the sale. After that was said, what was a originally a very leisurely lax older gentlemen became possibly the quickest 60yr old or so Salesperson that would make the other younger Sales-folk there look as though they had arthritis. Personally I don't think I could come back to this dealership without dealing one-on-one with the Manger that first help me. I would like to end this by saying that the person I first spoke to, Rosanna was very helpful and charming. More
