A Jeep guy buying a JK Rubicon I was greeted at the door by a group of three or four salesmen who were chatting and talking about something. The guys did qualify me straight away and point me in the direction of my salesman My Salesman Mike Diaz was concise and to the point. I did not get everything I asked for, but he compromised well and was not condescending at all in the way he told me what he could do. In, short I was treated respectfully and as if I knew something about the product I was buying. The one thing that was clear is that some of the guys I spoke to did not really have a full knowledge of the jeep models. Of the hardware they are equipped with and what the equipment does. I know everything about the products my team sells and I have a lot more different types of equipment to sell as it is in the luxury yachting industry. I did not get this impression from Mike. Originally I intended on purchasing a used 2014 Toyota Tundra from CarMax, but since I had a negative experience and there were many delays I happily switched to a new 2014 Dodge Ram instead for the same price, and equal financing terms. Amazing Service I had contacted BJ's Auto Program prior to my visit to Dadeland Dodge Chrysler Jeep. The person who contacted me via on-line was friendly and pointed I had contacted BJ's Auto Program prior to my visit to Dadeland Dodge Chrysler Jeep. The person who contacted me via on-line was friendly and pointed me to the "Great" Mr. Mike Diaz. I went in on a Friday at 6:30 pm with the intention to see the Jeep products, having my self a 2002 Jeep Liberty, wanted to give a chance if to stay in the Jeep family. Mike, was waiting for me and since I'm a person who doesn't like to waste time, I told Mike what I wanted to pay on a lease. He pointed me to the right car. (No pressure at all, and I really appreciate that), still I was indecisive. So Mike with ask me if maybe a sedan (Chrysler).... After I drove it I was sold ! We run the numbers and it made sense, still I told him that I had in mind an SUV, we run numbers on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and it worked for me. They gave me a better price for my old Jeep Liberty better than Carmax. Also, we asked about the BJ's price, and actually what he presented to us was even better. Since we finished at 10 pm (Dealer closes at 9 pm and the staff waited for me), they wanted to give me my new vehicle polished and ready to go. So, they gave me a lender car, the sedan I drove earlier. By early next day my car was ready. Mike helped me set up all the electronic gadgets.
