He made it clear that the profit he makes is far more important than customer service. The prices on their vehicles are way over fair market value and they told me that is just a starting point for negotiation. They have high prices so the customer "feels" like they get a good deal when they are still paying a higher than average price. Mr. Shedden blamed all of the dealership's issues for not knowing the latest policies and programs on "corporate" Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). He does not know how to operate the dealership in line with the FCA policies and will not take part in the court ordered buyback program that his company (FCA) lost for not properly fixing recalled vehicles that were very dangerous. Now, Dadeland Dodge in Miami, FL is trying to take advantage of the customers that won the suit and make a second profit off of FCA's terrible service. He said that he is not willing to make up for the terrible service of Chrysler and that if I wanted to have my vehicle recall taken care of, I would take his lowball offer or I have to get with corporate and get them to take care of it. He said it isn't his problem and he has nothing to do with FCA. Even though I know better than that and all NEW car dealers must follow FCA policies and programs, good, bad, or indifferent. The manager in the used car section was also very rude and arrogant. He just shrugged me off and told me to go to the front office (in the end, the sent me back to him). Bottom line, this is a terrible dealership and they try to strong arm the customer. Do not go here, go anywhere else. I promise, you will regret it if you waste your time. This dealership uses all of the terrible dealer tactics to get what they want and make the customer uncomfortable. More
