Worst customer service from Rene Pointe sales manager I have been in the process of getting a replacement card for the last year through lemon law . I would like to mention that it was not my choice to bu I have been in the process of getting a replacement card for the last year through lemon law . I would like to mention that it was not my choice to buy a car that had problems and being through all this process has been the worst experience of my life all due to an unprofessional employee .The person assigned by Chrysler to help me in the dealer with the whole process was Rene Poitevin/ sales manager First , I can't believe how a great company like Chrysler has such a rude, unprofessional employee . He never answered our phone calls or emails . Between us as customers and Shawnece who was the intermediary person to process the replacement card trying to get in touch with him , he was never available, in several occasions he mention that he was doing a favor to us , hanging the phone calls to us , and the last time Friday July 15 whole doing the Car paper Work he scream to me in the middle of the dealer and said that he didn't want to get involve in the process at all ( John the agent assigned to our case to do the exchange was a witness ) After all this he was supposed to send the old car pay off last Monday and he never did , even though the dealer received the payment for the new car over a month ago . Today is the 22nd he hasn't process the pay off yet and the last day to pay the car is the 23rd and this late payment can cause an impact on my credit report , he never get back to us after several calls and messages. Thanks god another employee who was aware of the situation decided to help us . I have referred this situation to the Business Bureu. I consider this situation is an unfair and deceptive treatment to us as consumers , and a violation of our rights. I want to report Rene as a person that doesn't treat customers fairly, and take advantage of his position to abuse customers when he doesn't get any benefit from them . I consider based on my personal experience that he violates public policy. As proof I have several emails that were send to Shawnece ( Chrysler intermediary) requesting her to have Rene o call me , or proceed with the case , and where she was like me waiting for his responses for several days . Great, Stress-Free Experience After visiting a competing Jeep dealership the night before -- where I was kicked out when the clock struck 10PM -- I reached out to Dadeland Jeep whe After visiting a competing Jeep dealership the night before -- where I was kicked out when the clock struck 10PM -- I reached out to Dadeland Jeep where I was connected with JC in sales. I explained to JC the deal I was offered the night before, which included the buy back of my then existing lease. Upon arrival JC was superb and got me through the whole process from beginning to end, which included driving to a neighboring Jeep dealership to get me the Weangler I wanted in the color I wanted. And the deal was much better than the one I was offered the night before. More for my trade in and less of monthly payment. Highly reccomend this dealership and JC. More
