Was never approached by anyone until my brother walked up and once we were approached the salesman never spoke to me only to my brother. As we walked away we were re-approached by the same man and offered his card I reached out to take it as I was infront of my brother between the two of them and the card was handed right past me to my brother never have I ever been treated in a sexist way at any dealership until today. I have the card with the mans name on it if you would like to contact me to fix the situation however I have been told by other women that the samething has happened to them at this location so obviously problems have not been solved. More

Financial dept. was some different. The forms and the way for convinced me to increase from $4,000 up $5,500 my down payment left me with some doubts. After our final agreement between Giovanni, Alan and me and the monthly quote was determined; mr. Alan came back again for said me once more increase cost for $14 in addition monthly. He said me that this additional increase cost, it is for different level of risk. He told me that the bank has 5 different levels of risk and in my case, so $14 more.
