Every other person we needed to deal with to close the purchase was also professional and informed, It was all done with clarity, transparency and respectful consideration of our needs and questions. We were never pushed in any way and appreciated Alain's attention to detail and professionalism. Buying a New Car I was shopping around for a new vehicle, I finally realized I wanted to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I visited two dealers prior to purchasing my vehicle I was shopping around for a new vehicle, I finally realized I wanted to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I visited two dealers prior to purchasing my vehicle at Dadeland Dodge. (The other two dealerships, were no help at all) Until I stumbled upon salesman Ramon, he was very helpful and took his time to ask me and show me vehicles i would be interested in. (Even under terrible rain conditions). I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. They are willingly to help you and try their best for you to leave with what you want. The finance guy, was also very helpful, friendly, and down to earth. (Previous experiences - have taught me what a real finance manager should be like) and they definetly have it at Dadeland Dodge. Everyone is friendly here and if you have questions they will answer! As a side note: don't go based of what Yelp reviews say, everyone has a different experience and go see for yourself before you read those reviews! Would definetly recommend to others! More

wouldn't fix car and couldn't be bothered to explain What a horrible experience!!! I bring my jeep 2017 Cherokee in for check engine light. the service writer (amitol I think was his name, west indian ge What a horrible experience!!! I bring my jeep 2017 Cherokee in for check engine light. the service writer (amitol I think was his name, west indian gentleman) tells me it shouldn't be a problem. Around 3 still no response so I called in and he tells me the car was in an accident and they won't replace the automatic grill sensor!! Accident?? what accident? I get there and the mechanic tells me 'you were sold a lemon. that's why I don't buy my cars from these dealers especially this one because they all lie.' I didn't buy my car there anyway due to all the negative reviews. He shows me the car is missing some plastic clips that as far as I know were always there. Now they're missing and broken piece of plastic way at the bottom. With those two pieces of information he concludes the car was in a wreck and they won't replace the part. Later he tells me this is a pain in the neck job because he has to take everything apart in the front to find out if the sensor is bad, basically he doesn't want to do it. Then he says in his notes car was in a wreck and they won't fix it. The manager Maria I believe who supposedly approved his notes, was nowhere to be found. Then it took another 30 minutes to get the car out of there because my service writer was too busy chit chatting on his personal phone. I took it elsewhere and of course the sensor is bad, no wreck, and they are fixing it. These people are a bunch of lazy people who don't care if you are upset or not. And Anita? ha! I ask for her and nowhere to be found. The worst part that upsets me is stating my car was in a wreck. How dare they deny me service if it's under warranty and no body damage!!!! Had it been in a wreck the part would have been destroyed!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY. More
