Bad service i would like to say that this place is not a good place to buy a car , First of all this dealer is one of the “ smart ones “ who has 2 prices on each i would like to say that this place is not a good place to buy a car , First of all this dealer is one of the “ smart ones “ who has 2 prices on each car . One online and one in the actual dealer and the difference between is crazy , i was interested in a car that online was 19,991 and on the location it was for 23,000 ????? Wow !! Thats insane . Then i was trying to get a price , chatting with customer service , and 2 sales representative and so far they werent able to give me an out of the door price ,, it has been imposible , i really do not undestand , i was interested in buy a car totally paid and nothing , they only concern so far is trying to get my phone number !!! This is crazy ! Not good at all ,, they only are trying to get you to finance the car and get money from you as much as they can . Thats the inpression the are giving with that way of do business !!! Now I’ve had my Jeep 2017 Wrangler JK Sahara Winter edition for 6 days and I absolutely love LOVE IT!!! It has far exceeded my expectations in quality and performance. Comfort, ride, handling all so much better than expected. I will definitely buy another Jeep, that’s if I ever let this one go. Shooting for 100,000 plus miles. Let’s see????? More

It is all about customer service! One of my least favorite thing in life is shopping for a new car. I knew what car I wanted and the dealer made no attempt to change my mind. They actually had to find the exact Jeep I wanted, most dealers try to persuade you to take one on the lot. I did need to wait for the dealer to get the exact color and model I wanted, but that was fine., I have exactly the Jeep I wanted. When going to finalize the transaction with my trade in and doing the paperwork for financing, Ryan could not be nicer. I was there for a bit but was made to feel comfortable and I could honestly tell that he cared and the dealership cared. I have my new Jeep, and could not be happier. I have already recommended the dealership and I will go back! More
