Worst customer service ever I am leasing a Pacifica and have had nothing but challenges in dealing with the dealership, especially the service department. Messages go unanswered I am leasing a Pacifica and have had nothing but challenges in dealing with the dealership, especially the service department. Messages go unanswered and promises for follow-up are hallow. Incompetence and no customer service culture - they let the Pacifica leave the lot after a routine oil change with no oil in the engine.
