Poor communications regarding service matter…. had my car for more than a week, and yet didn’t apparently have time to wash and clean it, as is done for a simple oil change. I indicated problem wit had my car for more than a week, and yet didn’t apparently have time to wash and clean it, as is done for a simple oil change. I indicated problem with windshield washers, and I was told only needed to be flushed, but when U hit car home, indicator said needed washer fluid, which was filled to top when car brought in. This is not what I consider an acceptable level of customer service, and although I have never serviced car anywhere other than Dick Smith, I’m now expecting to use a more convenient, and a more caring, service provider. More
