Was quoted a price of $490 to change the two low beam headlight bulbs . They would have had to remove the front bumper in order to change the left bulb. Two years before,I had to go back twice after engine coolant servicing because the liquid level being too low.The system had not been serviced properly. More

I found, what I thought was a good deal, that that dealership posted. I called and spoke to someone and they told me that it was available and that I should come out to look at it and begin paperwork dealership posted. I thought that was reasonable so I made the hour and a half drive and $12.50 ferry trip one way. ($25 total.) when I got there, they immediately told me that they couldn’t sell me that vehicle because of a recall and promptly tried to sell me a brand new version. I currently have a number of things going on in my life don’t allow me to spend three hours or more and wasted money for the dealership to trick me into a bait and switch. I would not recommend anyone do business with them. More

Not a happy camper! I bought a Suzuki SX4, I absolutely loved it. We then bought a different vehicle, then traded that one for 2 o the Mitsubishi Mirage's. One for us and I bought a Suzuki SX4, I absolutely loved it. We then bought a different vehicle, then traded that one for 2 o the Mitsubishi Mirage's. One for us and one for our children. We bought the higher grade one and then we bought one with lesser features on it for the children. The one for the children runs excellent, the more expensive one was for myself and my husband. It is nothing but a piece of crap. For being more money, we have had nothing but trouble with it. The dealership was useless and we even contacted the company and nothing was even done with them after making yet another trip from Jay to Plattsburgh. I will never buy another vehicle from these people again. Their word doesn't go anywhere with me. I have no use for any of their dealerships, whichever brand they sell. I would not buy a car from them if they were the last dealer in the world. Their word sucks. More
