I'm happy with the Nissan Altima I bought just over a week ago. The salesman, Scott Winston, told me I needed to come back in for an issue with the remote. The first person I contacted about this particular car, Donna Otis, was very helpful. I even was able to call her a week later for some questions on the remote issue and she was extremely helpful.
