Leasing a RAV4 Limited, 6 cylinder, is PHENOMENAL. Heather is outstanding and very precise in knowing the DCH Toyota leases and how to accomplish the payments. When I first entered I wanted a 4 cylinder and not the black color then Heather brought me the Pyrite Mica Limited RAV4 and what a difference it is. Heather's information on the car, leasing price, and my car(s) trade in helped me lease this vehicle for 3 years. She is updated on all cars and knows how to insert the Bluetooth cellular phone. When the lease for my 2007 Toyota Rav4 was up, I decided on two things. One, that I would be getting another RAV4, and two,that I would NOT be going back to the dealer that leased me the 2007 car (because I on two things. When I entered the DCH Dealership, I knew that I had found my new Toyota "home"! Sales consultant Kristin Galik greeted me with a huge smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was very patient with all of my questions (even when I asked her repeatedly about hidden fees--of which there were NONE). She wrangled me an AWESOME deal, and I am now driving a brand spanking new, beautiful and zippy RAV4. I could not be happier with the way I was treated, or the deal I got. First let me say that I have experienced some unpleasent experiences in the process of purchasing cars over the years.I have been purchasing cars for the last 35 years. Upon visiting DCH Toyota I was inter experiences in the process of purchasing cars over the years.I have been purchasing cars for the last 35 years. Upon visiting DCH Toyota I was interested in trading in my 2008 Nissan Sentra for a 2010 Toyota Camry.I was warmly greeted by Michael Gruen the salesman.He took the time to find out what would best meet my needs.He also explained all the features and different trim levels. After the test drive I was convinced that I wanted to go forward with a Camry. In order to keep my monthly payment in the range I could afford I would have to come up with a huge downpayment or take a very long term loan. Since I never keep my cars more than 3 years that would not work for me. Michael Gruen the salesman was very helpful in suggesting and explaining a lease which I would not have before entertained because I drive atleast 25k miles per year. I was able to prepay for additional miles at a very reasonable fee which made this deal possible. In additon Pedro, who handled finacing had some great suggestions. This was a very smooth process and I was comfortable throughout the process. These people were honest, not pushy, very knowledgable ,very helpful and gentlemen. More

Corey Rheal is a name that you will not forget if you buy a car from him, and probably even if you do not buy a car from him. It took a coupe of weeks for us to finally meet. I live in Virginia and DCH Toyot a car from him, and probably even if you do not buy a car from him. It took a coupe of weeks for us to finally meet. I live in Virginia and DCH Toyota is in Wappingers Falls, NY. I was searching for months online for my Sweet Wife a second BMW 5-Series Sedan. Finally I found a 2008 BMW 535xi Sedan, that caught my eye, and the price seemed extremely low. I called DCH Toyota, and Corey Rheal returned my phone call soon after my call. By now, I was very informed and educated on how BMW 5-Series came equipped. He was very pleasant and courteous on the phone, but probably not prepared for all of the questions that I had for him regarding this car listing that he had FOR SALE! His listing had this car's options sort of incomplete, and I proceeded with caution, trying to obtain the options that it had. At first, I'm sure that Corey was probably uncomfortable with my dismay and inquisitiveness about this car's options. I told him that his listing did not say whether or not the car had rear heated seats, but from the limited number of pictures that they had posted on this car, it seemed to me that it DID have rear heated seats. Corey told me that he had been in the car several times, but did not recall the car having rear heated seats. I argued with him nicely, and begged him to get another look in the rear of the car, or to look at his listing photos first, before he went out into the cold weather to see if it did indeed have rear heated seats. He said, Dennis, your eyes are better than mine, but I do not see what you are seeing in the photos. Let me go out and take a look, please hold on a second. I did hold on, and minutes later he came back to the phone, and he said, "Man you have good eyes, this car does have rear heated seats". This car keep in mind is 550 miles away from me. Having rear heated seats with power rear shades, opened the doors for me, letting me know that this 535xi was a pretty loaded up BMW. But I was still skeptical, because the price of this car was so low. Corey went the next step for me at my request, to get a list of the options from BMW as to what this car did include. This was when I knew that Corey was professional. He wanted to make this car my own. But I was going to make him work for this deal, and he did not know it quite yet. Not intentionally, but I was scared to buy a used BMW. The World's Best Car Salesman, COREY RHEAL, went to work, and faxed me a list of the car's options. And man did I check out his options list. I called BMW myself, after Corey had faxed me the list, to confirm this list with BMW. By now Corey Rheal could have told me to forget about this deal, and find a car somewhere else. The lists were exactly the same from Corey and from BMW. The only difference was the price for each option. The prices for each option were somewhat different from each other, but Corey had not lied to me, and had done his homework to sell me this car. Only a few dollars apart from what BMW had told me, and what Corey had told me. I KNEW THAT THIS CAR WAS LOADED!! A few more days passed, and I was still not convinced to buy this car just yet. Corey was aggressive, and was not ready to give up on me. I went one more step. I drove to my local BMW Dealer to check this car out some more. I gave them the VIN#, and they told me too that the car had lots of goods. But as I was standing there, they found out something else. The car had suffered some cosmetic damage. Not on car fax, but from BMW. Possibly port damage to the gas door, rear right quarter panel and a roof rack section. They told me that the car had to be painted in these areas. I went home and called Corey Rheal at DCH Toyota. Honestly, I could tell that Corey did not know about this issue. He researched it for me again, to get ahead of this obstacle. He found the same report that BMW had given me, and he went out to the car, and used a paint meter and keen eyes in bright sunlight to inspect the car. By now, Corey did not know that the car had dropped in price another $1,000.00 from days or weeks before. He came back to the phone and assured me that the paint meter was the only thing that could convince someone that these areas had been painted, and most likely by BMW at port. I asked him about the price drop, and he told me that he guessed that this was in my favor, since I had waited again. I took another day or so to think about it, and Corey Rheal was still very nice to me. I had basically raked him over the coals, and he still was unscathed. This guy was INVINCIBLE!!! He recommended finally that I give him a Good Faith Security Deposit to hold this car a few more days, that by now he knew that I would still need. This guy was incredible. Thinking back on it now, I'm in total disbelief. I was still reluctant to give him a deposit, but he insisted that I leave one, and finally a few minutes later on the phone with him I did leave deposit. He told me, that this would not force me to buy it, but it would keep someone else out of it, until I finally got to see it. Corey again was cool, calm and collective. He was a good person, and I finally realized it after all that I had put him through. My Wife had raked him across the coals a week or so before this too, I now remember. This guy loves his job, and is the BEST!!!!! I wish that my Wife could have met him. She would have been impressed. But the story gets better and better!!!! Corey had scraped the snow off of this car many, many times!!! Twice while working with me on the telephone. A TRULY GREAT GUY!!! I finally get there to DCH Toyota in NY to see this great car after an all day drive in a 2006 Toyota Avalon Limited!!! I was on time, and Corey was waiting for me to arrive. My Wife had told him earlier on the phone today how particular that I was, and he was prepared for me. The car was detailed and looking shiney. I fell in love with it before we even drove. Corey addressed me as Mr. Echols, and again I knew that he was genuine. Some people are fake, phoneys. NOT COREY RHEAL!!! He is a genuine professional, and loves his job. And he loves people. We drove around, and got to know each other, and he did not make any comments about how long it took to finally get me here. He just answered questions that I had, and asked me some questions. HE LOVES AND KNOWS TOYOTAS!!!! BMW's are not his specialty, and he told me so. One thing that he did know about BMW was how ridiculously they price and option their cars. He made comparisons from Toyota loading up their cars, and BMW loading up theirs. Letting me know that BMW charges consumers for every single option one at a time. Where as Toyota has levels that include several options such as XL-XLS-Touring-Limited. I agreed with him, BUT, he still knew that I loved this BMW that we were driving. He cut it short, to let me enjoy the car. We drove for about an hour, and then returned. No more negotiations I guess. THE CAR WAS SOLD!!!! And Corey Rheal was HAPPY!!! But then so was I. The only thing that I did not like, was that I had to drive another 550 miles to get back home, and in BAD WEATHER!!!! Corey took over now, and closed the deal. Ira Weiner and Frederick Dunning were nice to me, and Frederick explained to me how I got the BMW so inexpensive from a Toyota Dealer. He explained that they were not a BMW Certified Dealership, so this made it more difficult for DCH Toyota to move this car. That made the car more affordable for me. And moved the car faster for them. This Dealership Experience was the best one that I can remember, and I HAVE HAD MANY DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCES!!! My Wife can vouch for that!!! WE LOVE CARS AND TRUCKS!!!! We owned 3 Toyota Avalons!!!! I do not think that Corey Rheal even knew this!! Two 2006 Avalons and one 2005 Avalon. We moved up each time to get to the Avalon Limited!!! Still not a BMW!!! I could not have felt any better, if I had been at a BMW Dealership!!!! I was treated like royalty there at DCH Toyota!!! Two hours later, and I was on the road coming back South!!! Made it to Scranton, PA, stayed at a Holiday Inn with a TGIF Restaurant attached to the Motel. Had late dinner at TGIF, and stayed there until closing!!! What an experience!!! Corey Rheal and I kept in touch for a couple of weeks. He always wanted to know how the BMW was doing. This guy is YOUR FAVORITE CAR SALESMAN!!!! NONE BETTER!!!! You will find this out, when you meet him!!! I have no clue where he got his training and his politeness, but he makes you wish that you were just like him. His kindness is contagious, and he will make you feel good about the deal, and feel good about yourself!!! Weeks after the deal closed, we had a couple of issues with the car. Nothing major we thought, but were having issues. Many BMW Dealership FREE DIAGNOSIS Trips found nothing wrong with the car. But there was something wrong. Computer error messages, that would go away, but days later would return. Corey Rheal assured me that a BMW dealer would fix the problem, here locally. I knew that he was right, but just wanted to let him know that we were experiencing a few issues with the car. Finally, 2 hours South of us another BMW dealer found the problem to be electrical. We did get a second opinion. They found it to be a faulty alternator, that was overcharging the battery. I had my doubts, and chose to replace the battery. The Service Manager was a LADY, and she cooled my jets, and told me that they were getting me an alternator instead, because BMW would pay for this, a battery they would not, unless they proved it to be defective. AND THEY DID NOT PROVE THAT THE BATTERY WAS DEFECTIVE!!! THE ALTERNATOR THEY DID PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE!!! But we were out of luck. The alternator was on National Backorder, and would not arrive for 2 MORE WEEKS!!! We had to leave the car in another State for nearly two weeks, to wait for a BMW Alternator coming all the way from Germany!!! That Sweet Lady BMW Service Manager, probably hated me for interfering, but she took charge, and made me settle down. I WILL NEVER FORGET HER, EITHER!!! Lee Hamilton in Asheville, N.C. Corey Rheal sold us a Great BMW!!!! He would rather sell a Toyota, but did an outstanding job selling me a BMW!!! BMW Dealer could not have done it any better!!! You are the best Corey!!! If I never buy another car from this great guy, I will never forget him!!! Definitely a person that you would like to go out and have a Pizza and Beer with!!! If we lived closer, we would be good friends, and would have each other over for a Beer, or go out on a double date. He's that kind of guy!!!
