Went there to buy a pre own car. They wanted me to pay sticker price for the car and would not budge to negotiiate a lower price. Showing me they paid this much for the price etc etc and they can't go low More

Hello, my name is Lee Burns and I’m the general manager at DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota. I received a copy of your review and sorry to hear about your experience. Please be assured that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance at our dealership. We have received the J. D. Power & Associates Dealer of Excellence Award for 4 consecutive years for providing “An Outstanding Sales Experience.” Additionally, the dealership was recently honored by Toyota Motor Sales for earning the Toyota President’s Award. This award is for “demonstrating operational excellence and delivering a superior customer experience.” Only 30 out of 113 in the Toyota New York Region received the President’s Award in 2008. With regard to our used car pricing, we recently adopted a very unique pricing strategy at our dealership which we believe is fair for our customers. All of our used vehicles are compared to other similar vehicles within our market that are being offered for sale. The vehicles are then priced very aggressively, and in most cases substantially below what are competitors are asking. Through the use of sophisticated software, pricing is monitored daily and readjusted as necessary. Finally, with every used vehicle we offer for sale, we provide our customers with Carfax and Kelly Blue Book reports. The Carfax report provides a complete vehicle history and the Kelly Blue report serves to demonstrate the vehicle is priced fairly. All of this should have been provided and explained by Corey – I sincerely apologize if it was not. In closing, I thank you for your feedback as well as the opportunity to earn you business.
