I am not very happy with DCH Paramus Honda's charge for the engine oil change and brake fluid flush for 2015 Honda Accord. This dealer charged me $15 more for customer pay environmental and/or shop supply the engine oil change and brake fluid flush for 2015 Honda Accord. This dealer charged me $15 more for customer pay environmental and/or shop supply charges for repair order. On their website, it does not mention it and in the writer up, before jobs begin, they did not mention it. Furthermore, on March 27, 2019, I had my 2008 Odyssey oil change in this shop. In the multipoint check report, it indicated that this car needed a timing belt change. unfortunately, prior to this, the car was already changed the timing belt, water pump, external belt and timing belt tensioner at other shop, DCH Academy Honda, when the car had 98902 miles on it. The car was driven 8676 miles after timing belt change, DCH Paramus Honda asked to change it again. So the multipoint check was wrong. More

James from the service department made for an amazing experience at DCH Honda. I am currently leasing a 2020 Honda Civic from DCH and ran into some coolant problems with my Civic. I leased a new Honda Civic which had a minor issue with the tire pressure gauge. When I called to inquire they immediately made an appt for me to come in.
