I brought my car in for service on April 23, 2009 at 8 pm and picked it up on Friday April 24, 2009 at 8:45 pm. When i got home around 9:15 I noticed that my EZ pass device was missing from my middle console and picked it up on Friday April 24, 2009 at 8:45 pm. When i got home around 9:15 I noticed that my EZ pass device was missing from my middle console along with a $20.00 bill, roughly $4.00 in change, a new pair of earings (value of $9.99) and my car charger for my cell phone. I immediately called, but you had already closed. I called at 8:30 am saturday, April 25 and left Valerie several messages, but she never returned my call. I spoke to someone in the service dept and he kept telling me there was no manager on site and to come in during the week because there was nothing that could be done. I was extrememly upset that noone could help me so I called the sales department and the receptionist, who was very nice took my information and told me she would have the manager, Tim call me on Monday. Tim called me and pretty much said that he would check into it, but unless someone admits it, he cannot do anything. I understand that you cannot accuse someone without proof, but someone in your department stole these items out of my car. I want to be reimburst for what was stolen. I had to pay $33.00 to cancel my EZ Pass, $24.00 in cash, $9.99 for the earings and $39.99 for the car charger = $106.98. I entrusted you with my car that it would be returned in the same condition in which i dropped it off. I will never bring my car there again for any kind of service and i will be pursuing this matter of getting my items replaced!!! More
I gave the ratings because of the expert way My partner and I were treated. If Car dealers want to learn how it's done then they need to go to Honda. Alex was super nice. He kept his appointment and he did not pressure us about anything. He did not make us wait for keys to be made or the car to be polished when we had a delivery with a scratch. He was well dressed, clean and not at all overbearing. He did nto try to push us to a different car or make us think.. oh we better buy it NOW or else. I will look for him when I have to get another car. WE bought this one because my son needed a car for college. He got my old car. I have two more to go to college and honestly, I will keep giving the hondas and buying new ones just because of the good experience (and quality of course!)we had with Alex Barnabe. More

SO AT THE LAST I WENT TO MY AUNTS HOUSE AND SHE TOLD ME ABOUT PARAMUS HONDA. THEY USED TO TAKE CARE FROM THERE AND THEY HAVE BETTER DEALS. THEN I THOUGHT LET ME GIVE A CHANCE OVER THERE TOO. SO I WENT THERE ONE DAY MORNING AND I WAS GOING THROUGH EVERY SINGLE CAR BECAUSE THAT WAS THE BEST DEALER THAT I GOT AND I KNOW THAT I WILL GO OVER THERE AGAIN AND MAY BE GET ONE MORE CARE FOR MY BROTHER. I believe that going to Honda in Paramus was not only a great experience but a memory that I wont forget. I have never seen a company with such down to earth people who pride themselves on just making smil great experience but a memory that I wont forget. I was smiling the whole time while in excitment for my new Honda Accord but also because out sales man didnt treat us as clients, but as friends. Omar Ammar was an exceptional sales man as well as a friend. I highly recommend Honda in Paramus to everyone and any one. I have been a Honda customer for the last 25 years and have been dealing with Paramus Honda for the last 16 of those years. The reason I keep coming back is that I have always had a positive experience and been treated with courtesy and respect. Gerard Juszczak was my favorite. He treated me with kindness and honesty and bent over backwards to comply with all of my requests. I will continue to deal with Paramus Honda as long as they continue to provide such top notch customer service that I have come to expect. They ONLY care about selling you a car. Once you go there for service they will take your car, but if you have a question they would never return a phone call.
