I was impressed by the courtesy extended by Kadir when we first walked into the dealership. It was not pushy and showed us a few cars and told us the difference in both cars we were looking at. I did not realize how big our Honda Pilot is until I brought it home and put it in the driveway. The other two gentlemen were very helpful and agreed to my changes in the selling price of the car. the closer was very efficient in Mrs signing all the necessay papers. Even though she said she was not aware of all the paper work necessary for the car. When I go back I am going to be looking for the items that I would have gotten if I stayed in the Internet route. My experience was wonderful. All the sales people were extremely professional, polite and courteous. One area that can be improved upon is the dealer prep of the vehicle.
