The dealer was friendly and very informative, but the overall experience took 3 hours. 1 hour of this was after the deal was signed which just felt like forever. When she married and started her family, her husband was so impressed by the pep and longevity of the Civic that he moved from Ford to Honda and they purchased the family van from Paramus Honda. I never tire of recommending Paramus Honda as the dealership of choice and Maria Alcantara as the must see sales person.
