The vehicle was found in a few days and delivered shortly there after. Positives: No sales pressure-No typical I can only give you this price if you buy today and in stock-No what do I have to do to earn your business today. Worked with us on an acceptable interest rate and gave us fair value on a trade-in. The meeting with the f&i person was professional and to the point. Again no sales pressure. The finance representative was friendly, thorough and informative about the different payment options I had and also what the final lumpsum represented.
