This was my second car I've bought and I would HIGHLY recommend that if you're a first time car buyer DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go there. Not only will they blow smoke up your butt, they will lie straight to your face. The first issue I have is that the price they quoted me upon selling me the car wasn't the price that the finance department had. They had me paying $125 more on my contract than what we had agreed on! had I not taken the time to READ THE FINE PRINT, I would have been way out of my budget on this car. Not to mention, the salesperson left to go run an errand! So I couldn't even fix the issue with him let alone have him finish off the paperwork with me. Someone else had to help me out. The only reason I went thru with the buying the car is because I had spent 6 f*cking hours there (they were slow) and the initial car price was decent. The other ratings are right. I've called, they will not return your call, and if you try to go to the website and call the 888# it doesn't go anywhere-it eventually dumps you into an automated service that forces you to give your feedback on the dealership. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE RATINGS THAT HAVE on this website with 5 PLUS STARS. Those are the workers there trying to boost the already crappy rating. I do not ever post on rating websites, however, this was one I was not going to miss out on. More
Sales went fine. However, follow up with service on an installed device has been a mightmare. My wife and I have been trying to get a return phone call for 2 months. Numerous call, emails, and promises installed device has been a mightmare. My wife and I have been trying to get a return phone call for 2 months. Numerous call, emails, and promises to return my call within 15 minutes have been lies. We feel ripped off. Unfortunately, our only remaining option looks to be legal. This has been our worst auto-related experience. We love our Hondas, but won't buy from this dealership again. More
They ONLY care about selling you a car. Once you go there for service they will take your car, but if you have a question they would never return a phone call. It seems like the only people available are the for service they will take your car, but if you have a question they would never return a phone call. I leased a 2006 Accord from DCH Paramus Honda in June. However I once again fell for the trap of visiting a small local dealer near my home with what seemed to be the lowest quote, only to find out it did not include destination, a credit check fee, and an outrageous documentation fee! I submitted another quote request online and was introduced to Matt in the Internet department at Paramus Honda. I received a fast reply detailing not only the sales price but all applicable fees (destination, MV Fees, etc.). So I made the trip to the Paramus Honda showroom and met with Matt and his manager, Jason. It was then when I decided to purchase my new Accord from DCH Paramus. Their low-key sales approach won me over. They even gave me a sheet with a number of lease and finance options instead of just a single down payment and payment with no sales price disclosure. Having owned Honda’s in the past I was pretty much sold on the Accord. The decision I was making was pretty much where I wanted to actually buy the car. After I finished with Matt I met with a woman named Martha who completed my paperwork. Ordinarily these finance people are pushy and unprofessional. I kept thinking something was going to go downhill at some point in the purchase and figured it would be in the finance office. But it was just the contrary. She presented her options and explained which ones would benefit me and my decision, not just some generic sales pitch. I also met another finance guy named Y.L. who answered a tough to answer question I had. Overall I am so happy with my purchase. I love my new car and feel I got a really good deal. More

The manager helped us resolve a paperwork issue to our satisfaction. Then Angel saw to it that we were safe and ready to drive away in a car we love, everyone glowing a bit from the experience. If you are offered a Honda Care extended warranty for your certified pre-used car, be aware that its coverage starts from when the car was originally bought and zero mileage, not the day the certified car was bought and current mileage. This Paramus operation of DCH Honda was such a comfortable setting to do business with. It started right from Mr. Robert Kibbler, Sales Manager who referred us to Mr. Raphael Ramos, Sales Rep Extraordinaire, to Ms. Martha Batista, Business Manager, who had nothing but the Client's best interest along with making money for the dealership (which is what she is there for, let's face it). If you are leasing or buying a Honda, New or Pre-owned this is the only store in the country to do business with. Once you come the only sad part is leaving the atmosphere that the General Manager, Mr. Barry Magnus has created and it all dribbles right down. The managers were incredible, the sales force could not help us enough as they worked together in unison for one common goal, to keep this store #1 where it belongs.
