My first visit last Sat. he took as much time as we needed, he knew we would definitely NOT make a decision that day but gave us all the respect as if today he would make a sale. It was due to this we returned on Monday asked for him and had both sons with me, he spent hours answering questions and assisting. I must admit that when I initially read the reviews on this site for DCH Paramus Honda, I was skeptical because of the numerous 5-star reviews they received. In the back of my mind, I wondered if salespeople in their free time logged on to give themselves good reviews. (That's the cynic in me.) Well, I can tell you that our experience was surprisingly pleasant. Andy gave us a great price over the internet for a Fit Sport and very patiently answered questions that we had. He also updated us every day or two on the progress of getting the specific car to their lot (had to swap from another dealership) either by phone or email. Eric Thomas, the finance manager, was also very patient as we discussed our financing options even though it was way past closing time. He did push the warranty packages, but that's his job and can't really blame him for doing so. Have met way more pushy guys at other dealerships. We still have to get the out-of-state plates from DCH, but don't anticipate that to be a problem. I would definitely recommend working with the internet department at DCH. More

This would have been the sixth Honda we bought from Paramus Honda. We visited DCH Paramus Honda in the Summer of 2006. We wanted to buy a Honda Fit. They had one on the lot, but not with the feature Paramus Honda. We visited DCH Paramus Honda in the Summer of 2006. We wanted to buy a Honda Fit. They had one on the lot, but not with the features we wanted. We took a test drive and were satisfied generally. Our trade-in was a 2005 Honda, which we had bought from DCH Paramus Honda, and was not yet a year old. They offered us an insultingly low trade-in price on our 2005 Honda, after making us wait the better part of an hour to hear their offer. They would not negotiate on the value of our trade-in. They could not guarantee when we could accept delivery on the Honda Fit, which was made only in Japan at that time. Nevertheless, they insisted on a $300 deposit. Finally, we told the saleswoman we had to leave, and she was very snotty. DCH Paramus Honda, it seems to us, does not value long time repeat customers. We sent an e-mail to the sales manager, complaining about their attitude toward repeat customers. We received no reply. We now own a Toyota Matrix, and we love it. More

He answered all my questions and went and found the answers to some of the other questions I had. Mr. Faith made me feel at ease and was never pushy about the sale of my Honda. I left the dealership feeling that I had received the best deal that I could possible make and have not regretted purchasing a vehicle from DCH Paramus Honda and would surely recommend that when they go to DCH Paramus Honda, they go and see Mr. Faith. It's been a month now seen I've purchased by Honda but Mr. Faith continues to send me e-mail asking me if he can still be of any service.
