I recently experienced a bad experience at a Chevy dealership, and was amazed at the customer service that I received, upon exiting my vehicle. I was greeted by sales representives, who didn't know me dealership, and was amazed at the customer service that I received, upon exiting my vehicle. I was greeted by sales representives, who didn't know me or stereotyped me. I was led to the showroom and was greeted by a wonderful customer service team. Within minutes, the internet sales respresentative that I had spoken to appeared. He was professional, honest and genuine, his focus was not on getting the sale, but gaining a loyal customer. I felt so comfortable and was excited about leaving with my vehicle that day. The loan manager was friendly as well and it astonished me. I was waiting for Ashton Kusher to appear, because I had assumed I had just got punked. I was out of the dealership with my transaction completed within three hours and because of my previous experience with a local dealership it was refreshing. I recommend this dealership to anyone, I am glad to be a part of the Toyota family and look for to a continued relationship with them. P.S. I really wish that Honda would invest some money into your offices, with your staff exuding such customer service, the least they can have is updated computer equipment and furniture. Elie Kass-Elias made my car shopping experience in Honda Paramus truly exceptional! From the first meeting , he was very helpful and provided us with the CRV catalog and answered all our questions. When we went back couple days after, he was accomodating and took his time with us, gave a test drive in the heavy rain late evening, very patient and I felt unhurried from him and not realizing it was way past 9PM close to 10PM whe we left still undecided.
