In the year 2007,my husband and I were looking to lease a CR-V. We visited some other Honda Dealers .We were not happy with the offers we were getting. Finally we visited DCH Honda.At once we were introduced to Harshal Patel, who gave us outstanding service, with leasing our first CR-V.We were very happy with the car,as we were very happy that Harshal kept in touch with us via e-mail, to make sure all was going well with the car. october 2010 the Lease was ending, and t was time to return the vehicle and look to a new lease.This time we did not have to check any other dealer. we knew the place to visit.Harshal introduced us to Jerrod Hurley, who too gave us outstanding service. Jerrold made the end of the lease very smooth process and took us around the lot to show us different color cars, so we can choose and decide on the color of our CR-v!! Overall both times it has been a great experience! and we highly recommend DCH Honda Dealer as well as our sales persons. More

The service at DCH was great as usual. This is the 5th car I have leased from them. Hamlet had all the paperwork ready by the time I got there and was able to reaturn my other car all within an 1.5hrs. Th car I have leased from them. This dealership is only intrested in one thing sign on the dotted line and you never hear from them again. Never return calls salesperson had poor knowledge of product. There is a recall on the car I boug the dotted line and you never hear from them again. Never return calls salesperson had poor knowledge of product. There is a recall on the car I bought I called for svc and was told I would get a call back never Happened I called again and told the person no one had called me back which he then told me "don't you know Monday is a very busy day for us" There is mush more to say but you get the point. Barbara and John were great. Negotiated a fair price over email, and stuck to their word. Friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, as pleasant as buying a car can be. Of all the dealers I called and emailed, this was the only dealer willing to quote me not just the price of the car, but also the "out the door price", ie, what the taxes, fees, and all other costs would be. Buying the car took about 4 hours. It could have been faster, but the dealership was very busy, and i had not made an appointment. More
