My experience with DCH Homda was very positive. On my initial visit to the dealership I was greeted by Eddie Santiago and he was patient and informative and followed-up with me after I left. Bobby was very helpful negotiating the terms, price, warranty and every other aspect of the transaction, along with Eddie. When we picked-up our new vehicle, Eddie spent time showing us all the features the car offered and made sure he had answered all our questions. My husband and I were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. My experience was wonderful. All the sales people were extremely professional, polite and courteous. One area that can be improved upon is the dealer prep of the vehicle. Managers were a little too firm on price and could have afforded to bring it down a couple hundred dollars so i felt like i was getting a great deal.
