We acted on the suggestion to visit and could NOT be more pleased we did!!! The floor manager, Barry Magnus, came down to greet us. We had no appointment and he had an imminent meeting but took the time to help us personally. We told him what model we were interested in and what general terms we were hoping for. He listened and with the utmost professionalism laid out a deal that we found VERY favorable. NO GAMES. NO POSTURING. Just "this is the deal you asked for, this is what we can do". A businessman treating us like valued clients. He assigned us to Rafael Ramos, a salesman on the floor, to attend to the details of the purchase and trade-in. Again, we were treated professionally, genially and respectfully. The exact model we wanted had to be located and shipped. We were kept up to date and within 2 days had our new 2010 FIT, which has been a great car.
