For a particularly busy environment, we found the dealership friendly and pressureless. We continuously kept getting friendly e-mails from a sales manager (Vern) and when it was time to go back to DCH, the vehicle we wanted was sold; no matter, another similar vehicle had just come in. We negotiated the price w/o seeing the vehicle, then came to look at it...and bought it. Wes was very helpful in explaining the intricies of the souped up Pilot and we were pleased with our purchase. We will definitely be coming back when the time to buy a new/used vehicle is ripe. More

So in 2001 we visited DCH Paramus and worked Steve Chan on purchasing our new Honda then. We were so happy with his professionalism & service that we continue to buy our Hondas with him. We traded in our '98 Honda CRV last month for the newer model "10 CRV. My husband had great times with the old '98 CRV. The newer CRV is quite a step up from the old model. We still have the 2003 Pilot. Honda makes a great product. We will definitely recommend Steve Chan to our friends and family when they are looking for a car and DCH Paramus. Steve provides great service and he is is like a family member to us. He is honest and straightforward. I have never had a problem with the service dept with all the times I had service there.
