The sales employee mixed up my personal information with my mother's information. She had bought a car about 8 months previously with the same sales person. Somehow, our records got mixed up and it made for a very unpleasant and stressful closing on the deal for my mother and myself. The salesman was sick and did not seem to be focused 100% on our transaction. He also failed to give us the insurance card. It was not a pleasant experience. More

The salesman was very nice and helpful and so was the financial gentleman. The car rides very nice, however, I am disappointed with the cleanliness of the car, bad job overall- it was not clean on the o financial gentleman. Also, the driver door had scratches on the side (bottom) below the handle. The hweel locks were not installed and were inside the car. This is the second car I buy from you. More

I recently experienced a bad experience at a Chevy dealership, and was amazed at the customer service that I received, upon exiting my vehicle. I was greeted by sales representives, who didn't know me dealership, and was amazed at the customer service that I received, upon exiting my vehicle. I was greeted by sales representives, who didn't know me or stereotyped me. I was led to the showroom and was greeted by a wonderful customer service team. Within minutes, the internet sales respresentative that I had spoken to appeared. He was professional, honest and genuine, his focus was not on getting the sale, but gaining a loyal customer. I felt so comfortable and was excited about leaving with my vehicle that day. The loan manager was friendly as well and it astonished me. I was waiting for Ashton Kusher to appear, because I had assumed I had just got punked. I was out of the dealership with my transaction completed within three hours and because of my previous experience with a local dealership it was refreshing. I recommend this dealership to anyone, I am glad to be a part of the Toyota family and look for to a continued relationship with them. P.S. I really wish that Honda would invest some money into your offices, with your staff exuding such customer service, the least they can have is updated computer equipment and furniture.
