The vehicle was found in a few days and delivered shortly there after. Positives: No sales pressure-No typical I can only give you this price if you buy today and in stock-No what do I have to do to earn your business today. Worked with us on an acceptable interest rate and gave us fair value on a trade-in. The meeting with the f&i person was professional and to the point. Again no sales pressure. He was very flexible with scheduling when to pick up the car and very efficient in dealing with the MV, insurance and necessary documentation involved. The finance representative was friendly, thorough and informative about the different payment options I had and also what the final lumpsum represented. Even when I came to pick up my car, the manager of DCH Paramus Honda came to welcome me and help me find my salesperson. The car was spotless and in excellent condition before I drove it off.
