We negotiated the price w/o seeing the vehicle, then came to look at it...and bought it. Wes was very helpful in explaining the intricies of the souped up Pilot and we were pleased with our purchase. We traded in our '98 Honda CRV last month for the newer model "10 CRV. My husband had great times with the old '98 CRV. The newer CRV is quite a step up from the old model. We still have the 2003 Pilot. Honda makes a great product. We will definitely recommend Steve Chan to our friends and family when they are looking for a car and DCH Paramus. Steve provides great service and he is is like a family member to us. He is honest and straightforward. I have never had a problem with the service dept with all the times I had service there.
