We went in to get a comparison quote on an 08 civic; after 2 1/2 hrs of "negotiating" we were highly insulted by Nat so we walked out. Michael Klites (mgr)called before I even got home apologizing & be after 2 1/2 hrs of "negotiating" we were highly insulted by Nat so we walked out. Michael Klites (mgr)called before I even got home apologizing & begging us to allow him the sale. Michael promised that we would deal with him & only him from that point on. We decided to go back b/c the price was TOO GOOD to pass up. When we arrived, we did NOT deal with Michael at all- he barely said hello to us, instead we dealt with Sam. Sam was nice enough & followed the deal that we made with Michael. we gave them $1000 (total out of pocket- not down payment- which was agreed upon). We were told the car would be in their dealership in 2-3 days. after 5 days,i hadnt heard from them so i called 3x and each time was told "i'll find out & call you right back." no one ever called back. I went in & told Michael that i wasnt leaving until he told me an exact date of arrival. After an hr, he told us that if the car we were originally assigned wasnt in within 2 days, he was going to personally drive to long island & get the car himself. this back & forth banter went on for 3 weeks!!!!!!! I finally got the car last night- otherwise we were breaking the deal. When we arrived last night, we didnt deal with Michale or Sam, we met Cole. (cole was very nice)but the car that was there was not the original car- This one had 135 miles on it & they made us put out an extra $425 ! Terrible customer service! More

I purchased a 2008 Honda Fit from this dealer in July. I was very happy with the internet sales group and their immediate responses. I spoke with Renee on the phone and she was wonderful. I will say there was one person we dealt with (the guy who we signed the actual papers with before we went to finance, not sure of his name) Anyway, I wasn't impressed with him. I felt that he spoke down to his colleagues in front of the customers (very unprofessional!) The finance department was easy and painless to work with. The 4 in quality of work was that when we got the car home some of the sticky stuff that holds the wrapping on the car was still there. Not sure I can really blame them though as when we left the dealership it was dark and even we didn't catch it. Overall the experience was a good one and I would definitely return to them in the future. More

Our experience was a good one. We got DCH from a union buyers service for New York City teachers. They werer very helpful in screening a good dealer and we got a good price. He was professional, yet relaxed and friendly. and made us feel at ease when we had choices. One example is lease as opposed to buy. At this time in our lives we determined it would be an advantage to lease a vehicle. A Honda LX Element was our choice because it is reliable and roomy. A front wheel drive with added real time four wheel drive. All the information was gathered and processed efficiently and pleasantly. At no time were we rushed in either decision making or information needed to conclude the deal. All in all I would recommend DCH Honda to freinds and a quantances wiothout hesitation. More

Since we were treated very fairly the first time, we went back a second time. The showroom was very well maintained. The service area was comfortable. There was even a quite area where you could read or take a nap. One thing I cannot stand is pushy sales individuals who are very aggresive. This is not the case at Paramus Honda. I was picked up at the airport and driven back to the dealership to complete the sale/financing. The 4 hour drive home was well worth my time/effort. All that was promised was delivered.
