These reviews are a fraud. The salespeople are probably posting reviews for themselves at home. I came here because I got a competitive internet quote from them and saw the good reviews but it was a diffe posting reviews for themselves at home. The salesperson was nice enough (but then again, his job is to get you to like him) but the experience was a bad one. I waited around for like 25 minutes for my salesperson to greet me. While I was waiting I overheard a employee walk over to the "manager's desk" and curse out one of the people working there, and then make some inappropriate comments about a female customer that was in the dealership as he walked away (not that I'm a prude but some things you just don't say within earshot of customers). I later found out that he was the General manager of the store. Fine example he's setting for the rest of his staff. Then after finding my salesperson I waited around for another 20 minutes while he found a car to test drive me in. Then after telling them that I wanted to go home and think about it another manager came over and tried to pressure me into buying right now or they may not be able to "honor the price if I leave". That was it, the whole place just gave me a bad vibe. The price they gave me was good but there were other dealers with close to the same quotes and that made me feel comfortable and appreciated after visiting with them. I guess that's what you lose out by dealing with a highway store like Paramus. Trust me, you're better off paying the extra hundred or two and going somewhere that knows customer service. More
I was contacted numerous times by multiple individuals who did not seem to know or understand what anyone was doing. We went to the dealership to look at end of lease options. We were contacted by Dennis C. but never met him but were given to Judy, who had no idea why we were there or what model we owned. (Bait and Switch?). Judy then told my spouse "you don't know what your talking about" when she commented that the prices were high with no rebates or other options inducements to renew. Less than 10% difference over greater than 36 mos lease; despite the Bergen Record article showing Honda truck sales are down and in fact are in line with all auto sales down. After being insulted, subjected to what can only be described as incompetent and non- customer friendly behavior I went and bought (cash) another truck from a dealer giving over $7000 in rebates. Overall - a very negative experience- they dont know how to treat customers. More

I WAS TREATED LIKE A REAL PERSON, AND LIKE I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE DEALERSHIP. THEY TREATED ME JUST LIKE ANYONE WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED. Great customer service. Thomas was very friendly. Never pushy or made us feel rushed. We first went in with an appointment to test drive the Civic. It was my first test drive of the day. After a few other test drives we realized we really wanted a bigger car, V6. In the late afternoon we called him to ask him if we could talk about the Accord. When we went back he automatically asked if I wanted to test drive it, which I appreciated. We had just went to a nearby Mazda dealership, and was very disappointed with the fact that they were so unwilling to let us test drive without first talking about money. That really didn't make sense to us. But I am extremely happy with my new Accord and I have DCH Paramus Honda to thank for the good customer service and friendly atmosphere. BTW, much better than the Honda dealership on Central Avenue in Yonkers. We were in there for about half an hour an NO ONE bothered to even come up to us to say hello. More
I made an offer on an advertised vehicle that was accepted and when I called to confirm my desire to purchase it, they said it could not be sold for the agreed upon price. The next morning, I went on line and saw their advertisement for the same car that they made me jump through hoops to buy, listed for $750.less than what we agreed to. I called to see what is going on and they said they sold it the night before. They typify the used car salesmen stereo type. More

I went to the dealership to deal with end of lease issues. The person who called me and with whom an appointment was made was listed on the call board , was a bait and switch - he existed only as a p issues. She was unprepared, didn't even take the time to find out what I owned just wanted to release (after I told her the particulars). When my spouse questioned her figures and facts " you don't know what your talking about" was here response. The insulting and uncooporative attitude was such that I left, and am now the proud owner of an American Built Chevrolet Silverado- BTW that was a cash transaction- I will not recommend this dealership for or to anyone and will be dropping off the Ridgeline and driving away in my new Chevy Truck. Never again a Japanese car and never again DCH anything. More
Went in for an appointment and was told my scheduled salesperson no longer worked there. A manager, by the name of Mike, came by and politely told me someone else would help me. Someone did come by, gre salesperson no longer worked there. A manager, by the name of Mike, came by and politely told me someone else would help me. Someone did come by, greet me warmly, and then disappeared for an hour. As I was about to leave, Mike stopped me, apologized for the lack help and said someone would be out in less than 10 minutes. As he walked back to his desk I overheard him tell another manager that the customer of Asian descent who just walked in looked like a "pie face". I waited 15 minutes more and asked one of the women who worked there where the restrooms were and she happily pointed to a vending machine. Then, another manager started screaming at a customer as he was leaving the dealership. As I was about to leave Mike reappeared and apologized again, and said someone was wrapping things up with a customer and would be by in 5 minutes. He then went to his desk and started eating a hefty sandwich. He paused to check out the rear end of a girl who looked no older than 15 who was there with her parents. After 5 minutes and no help, I left, gladly. The people who work here are good at putting on a polite face when you walk in to buy but, when they think no one's watching, they are the scum of the earth. More
