This was my first time experience buying a new car, and I couldn't have had it any better. I was treated highly respected and with the up most quality by my dealer and new friend Omar Ammar. I bought my first car from this dealership in 2005 and my lease was up a few days ago so I went back to the dealership to see what deals I could get. When I got there I was greeted professionally and was seen by Nick Pak. He was helpful, insightful, and friendly. He knew exactly what I wanted and understood that I did not want to play games. At the end I got the deal I wanted and drove off with a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L. My sales person, Ryan Jhun, was friendly and professional. Both Nick and Ryan will do anything to make a customer feel comfortable and they will make sure you feel as though they are working with you to get the best price possible. My buying of a Honda CRV started on=line. Not sure whether I was actually going to purchase, I never returned any of there soliciting calls. Then my car died - trans went - and the wating game was whether I was actually going to purchase, I never returned any of there soliciting calls. Then my car died - trans went - and the wating game was over. That being said - I stopped in one evening as I was driving by just to take a look and a get little info on trim packages. I had no appointment, which I later found is pretty much policy here, but still was not ignored. The internet salesman I was not returning calls/e-mails to - Ren Franse - did come out to say he was with a customer and set up an appointment for another evening. That was fine. I had already set up a rental for the week. He invited us to look around the showroom which we did. He later came by with his other customers while they were looking over something else and touched base with us and was able to answer some of my more pertinent questions. We returned the next week (my son's college graduation was the weekend in between) for our scheduled appointment. We were announced to Ren who immediately came out, found a CRV for us to test drive, answered all our questions, put thru all paper work, got my extra $250 off and we were sold. There were a few accessories I wanted and since I still had my rental, I left the car to be updated and picked it up the next day. Everything was done that I wanted, no extra trips back. Thank you Service Dept. The paper work took a bit longer than I would've expected, and the front office reception was much less than professional for such a busy dealership, but other than that it was a very positive exprience.
