This dealership is by far the best Honda dealership i have ever been to. I havent driven a Honda in about 15 years and wasnt expecting to drive another one, but then i met the sales consultant Lil Joe an have ever been to. I had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda. Our sales rep, Joe Casciari, was very knowledgible and accommodating to our needs. I appreciated the fact that Joe took time on his day off to acquire our vehi rep, Joe Casciari, was very knowledgible and accommodating to our needs. The only negative part of the visit was the down time in between the actual sale and the finalization of paperwork with the financing department. As for Honda, I don't understand how they can advertise the Honda Pilot as an 8 passenger vehicle and not supply a simple floor mat for the last row of seats on a $36,000+ car. We first dealt with Paramus Honda in 2004 when we bought a pre-owned Accord. We were so impressed with the car and the Dealership that in 2007 we leased a new one.
