Wow what a difference... The first one, showed us some cars, and was OK, but when we left the first night, they practically asked for our life history, for their computer, seemed very invasive... Feeling uncomfortable, I gave my wrong telephone number, but a valid email address, and received a bothersome email everyday, pestering us to purchase there, from that salesman... Needless to say, we never received any of that "harassment" from Jesus. He was always listening, we test drove a few cars, then worked with his finance department closely to get us the deal we have been looking for... I am heading back to work now, with a new car, and I cannot wait to let people know who I bought my New 2009 Honda CR-V from... Just wanted to thank Jesus and DCH Paramus foe my great new ride...... This was an Internet purchase. Why anyone would want to go from dealer to dealer in person and waste a lot of time is something I do not understand. Sending e-mails and getting the best price from each dealer was very easy and saved a lot of time. Now for my experience with Paramus Honda. Myron Grant was a pleasure to deal with. One of the few salesmen that stood by what he said. A straight shooter, no bull or bait and switch stuff. I had several salesmen from other dealers tell me "No Way Can They Sell You The Civic For That Price". Well they did! AND they were able to beat my best deal on finance for the car. I had 4.75% for 3 years and they offered me 1.9% for the same time. So not only did I get a great deal on the car and a fantastic experience BUT I also got a fantastic deal on the loan! Myron was off on the day we picked up the car. Too bad I would have actually liked to meet him. He was such a great person to deal with, perhaps when we pick up the plates. So we took delivery with Harshal Patel. He was very professional and did a good job. He answered all of our questions and made the entire process painless. He took his time with us and we did not feel rushed in any way. The car was picked up on a Saturday and Paramus Honda was a very busy place. We had no pressure to by additional warranties, or other stuff we were not interested in. One minor thing the car did not come with a full tank of gas as I expected. When I asked Harshal about this he said because the car was driven in from another dealer they did not top off the tank. OK so we added $21 for gas, a little annoying given we just dropped $21K for a car, but given the rest of our experience it was minor. So to sum our experience I would buy another car from Paramus Honda, they will treat you with respect and stand by the deal they made. More

He offered me a competitive price for the new car. He spent time with me and even gave me his personal phone number so I could always reach him. We arranged the deal online and over the phone. When I came I expected the car with less than 50 miles on it (we discussed it via e-mail). However, I found a car with 72 miles. I was upset, by Yury located a brand new car with only 21 miles and I bought it. The only problem I had was that I paid the dealership to get my plates and NYS registration for me. For some reason, the process took longer than expected and I got the plates and papers when my temporary inspection was almost expired. I believe people in dealerships messed up something and my papers were just waiting somewhere even though I called few times to find out what was going on. After I got a ticket for late inspection I sent it to the dealership. After some hassle (I had to call them ~15 times) they refunded me the money. I would recommend this dealership and I would probably come back if I decide to buy another Honda. More

I had been looking for a car for about a month. We settled in on a few makes: Nissan, Mazda, Toyota, Ford, Acura and Honda. Got some quotes from a few dealers. I was actually leaning towards the Murano, but my wife wanted a Honda or the Acura. The Acura, while nice, was a little expensive. So that left Honda. I didn't have any recommendations for a dealer so I went to Edmunds and to this site. After reading a few reviews, I decided to give DCH in Paramus a try. I went to their site, checked out their deals and printed out the deal I was interested in. (Pilot EX-L with leather, sunroof, etc.) The price on the ad was the REAL price. The salesperson that I dealt with was fair, friendly and didn't try to play any games. Needless to say this was really refreshing. In addition, after he made the sale he didn't treat me like I was yesterday's news. I had lots of questions about the car and he patiently explained everything down to the last detail. My salesperson's name was Harshal Patel. I also dealt with Bill, Eric along with one other salesperson whose name escapes me, but I think it was Derek. All were professional and friendly. So we did the deal. And I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this dealership and Harshal in a second. Thanks guys! P.S. The car is really great! More
