First off, I had no intentions of purchasing at this time as I was only scheduled for an end of term lease inspection. He took his customer service 1 step further by providing us with the options that we had not really discussed before and wallah- we walked out with our dream car at an affordable price. Based on the lackluster, nonchalant service performed by the majority of sales and customer service representatives with whom I deal and have dealt for almost as long as I can remember, it appears as though mediocrity has become the acknowledged commonplace industry standard with which, unfortunately, I have had to acclimate myself. However, it is not often that one has the fortuitous opportunity to deal with consummate professionals such as Mr. Steve Chan, of Paramus Honda, in Paramus, New Jersey. I was buying Honda CR-V in DCH Paramus Honda dealership and contacted Gareth Crosdale manager - he is the best I ever seen! Just imagine, I called him at 3PM, came at 5PM and drove out on new Honda at 7PM! and contacted Gareth Crosdale manager - he is the best I ever seen!
