I was in this Honda dealership about a month ago and was turned off at first because of the employee I was working with. There wasn't much explained to me in "simple terms" and it was very hard to understand him because of this. He seemed quick to get a sale or get us out. Luckily, this experience was much better!!! This time I walked in, and Georgia immediately gave us a very nice dealer who explained everything perfectly to me and then he set me up with Harshal Patel because I was turning in a lease. Harshal was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly and made the whole experience much easier and pleasant. He was willing to do anything that was asked and was upfront and honest with all of the details and he was willing to devote all of his time to us, even if there was a possibility of me walking out of there without a purchase. I was very please with my visit and purchase and it goes to show that it all starts with the employees who work there. More

I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. It was such a great change from previous experiences to work with someone who had my best interest in mind, and was obviously going to let me make my own decision without any pressure. At the time, I was specifically looking for a Honda Fit Sport. As it was not on the lot, Raphael took the time to order me the Fit I really wanted... bright orange paint and all. While waiting for the car to arrive, he kept me up to date on the delivery and always answered all my phone calls and emails promptly. Because I was so pleased with my first Honda purchase, I returned 2 years later and purchased a second vehicle for my expanding family. I made sure that Raphael was the person that I saw, as I was so impressed with his professionalism the first time. Raphael was once again attentive and helpful from the very first minute we spoke. The sales rep, Gareth, was very helpful and courteous, and was not pushy at all (unlike some other places). On my first visit, I did a test drive & the initial paperwork, and was out of there in an hour. A few days later, went back to pick up the car (the specific options I wanted weren't on the lot, but easily obtained without complaint from a sister dealership), finished the paperwork, and again was out of there with the new car in about an hour. I hope to have my car for many years to come, but would definitely go back to DCH when I'm in the market for a new car again. More

We bought a new Honda CR-V from this dealer last weekend. Debbie was our primary contact/salesperson. She is very professional: she followed up in a timely fashion via phone on all our inquiries as promised, she picked us up from NJ Transit bus station (we took the bus #163 from NYC Port Authority to Paramus mall) back to the dealer and she made sure that we were happy with our purchase from the beginning to the very end. The amount of paperwork is rather substantial, but she along with other dealership staff made it as painless as possible. I definitely recommend Debbie and the staff working there if you are tired of being treated unprofessionally and expect better customer service during such substantial purchase. The dealer is very busy on Saturdays, so be prepared to be patient and get there as early as you can and have some food (e.g. sandwiches) with you. The only negative about this place is that the coffee is instant and not so good (rather than brewed fresh with real milk). More
