This is our second car leased with that dealership. Newer had any problems. They made transition from one lease into another one as a smooth and pleasant experience. All the salesmen and saleswomen make you feel like a party atmosphere. At first I thought that they would rush me to make the sale or they would pressure me to make the deal so I was preparing myself to go in the defense, but I met Nat Natesanr who I talk before going to the dealership. Let me tell you this guy put me at ease. He is calm and patience and he listen to what you want and he is very professional and knows a lot about cars. He would answer any of you questions. Nat has been there for a very long time and knows what he is doing. Even if a few of this salesmen has this guy deminer this dealership is going to do ok. In a couple of months I would be buying another vehicle and would only deal with Nat because he is a calm, patience, professional. Thanks Nat J Knight. More

I stopped by this dealership today with every intention to buy a car. I knew it was going to be a bad experience when they had me line up for the service center - 10 minutes before they realized I wanted t to buy a car. I knew it was going to be a bad experience when they had me line up for the service center - 10 minutes before they realized I wanted to buy a car. Then they sent me around the building - never saying sorry. I then when into the showroom walked around for 10 minutes and not one person asked me if I needed any help. I then went outside and waited to see if anyone wanted to sell a car. After about a 15 minutes my wife called DC Honda of Tenafly and asked for direction. I went in side and asked to speak to a manager. The woman there asked "Why" and I said I wanted to buy a car, but no one wanted to help me. She would not get the manager, I just walked away because no one cared. Even though it was out of our way, I could not of been happier there. I drove away in a brand new Odyssey. Hey Paramus Honda just because your location is on the highway - if you do NOT help the people who stop in to buy cars - why are you in business. It is all about customer service and treating people right. All I have to say in this bad economy - look at me in my new car - BIG MISTAKE!!" More

Initially I had some problems dealing with a sales person, Barbara on the live chat. However, sales manager, Michael Porreca, followed up to rectify the situation. This resulted in me recieving the person, Barbara on the live chat. However, sales manager, Michael Porreca, followed up to rectify the situation. This resulted in me recieving the best quote by $100 and he was apologetic. Unfortunately by then I already made another commitment. However it looks as though they are commited to customer sastification and have the ability to provide competive prices as such I think the end result is that a customer would be ultimately sastified. Throughout my life i have owned 4 cars, this is my forth. The quality of service that i recieved from Honda in Paramus has topped them all. This was my first visit to Dch Honda or any Honda dealer, because i The quality of service that i recieved from Honda in Paramus has topped them all. This was my first visit to Dch Honda or any Honda dealer, because i did not think i could ever afford a Honda even thou i like them, i went just to look and end up buying the car. The Sales person John was very patient with me, took the time to provide me with the information i needed and very friendly. The price of the car surprised me. I have never had a transaction that went so smoothly.
