We recently purchased a Civic Sport Touring for my college daughter from Honda DHC Paramus, and I have to say, working with Hamad Deeb made the entire experience very easy and exceptional. Hamad was p college daughter from Honda DHC Paramus, and I have to say, working with Hamad Deeb made the entire experience very easy and exceptional. Hamad was patient, and honest with us. He answered all of our questions and worked to get the best deal for us. We were torn between the Accord Sport and the Civic Sport Touring, and Hamad personally drove us around the lot to show us the full inventory, explaining each car’s features, differences, and advantages. He even reserved both vehicles for us and encouraged us to take time, so we took two days to make a decision. What we appreciated most was how stress-free everything felt. There was absolutely no pressure or aggressive sales tactics - just honest conversation and genuine help. I highly recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a Honda. The customer service at Honda of Paramus was the best i have experienced. I was immediately greeted by unknown gentleman then assighned to Mixael, who was very helpful and patient.
