Dmitriy is by far the best salesman I've worked with. I've been leasing for over 10 years now and my last lease was the first time I leased an Acura. I came in to test drive the new MDX and absolutely fell in love. Dmitry was great at helping me learn all the features (mine has nav and dvd for my boys) and made me feel like he loved the car just as much as me. When he called to tell me he was leaving to a new store I didn't think much of it till it came time to lease my next MDX... my husband says I'm nuts for traveling 70 miles and to another state just for a car. I say its not just for a car, its for an experience that makes me feel like I made the right choice because I can trust my salesman (how many people can say that these days?). And I have to say that I understand why Dmitriy joined the crew at Montclair- they exemplify the same great attitude that he has and make the experience special. I work out the numbers over the phone, they located the color I wanted, the car was immaculate, the accessories were installed perfectly and the car was ready when I arrived. I was in my new MDX in less time than it took me to drive there. This was truly an experience that will continue my love for Acura. Thanks Dmitriy (again) and the team at Montclair. No other dealerships in the area gave me a quote without surprise fees and made it very hard to calculate fair lease payments. I saw the reviews on this website, and thought they had to be rigged. Called in for a quote and I could not even believe the numbers they gave me (in a good way). So, I went in and they put everything down on paper. NO hidden dealership fees, dumb excuses, and xx all the other dealerships give you. I had never heard about DCH auto group, but see tons and tons of cars with the license plate holders. There is a reason everyone comes here. They also offered to even deliver the vehicle all the way to my house in West New York (a 40 minute drive). I was signed out of school and drove away with my car within minutes. They are fast, efficient, upfront, and honest. We will now be leasing all our cars from DCH (Acura, Audi, & BMW). More

The staff there was great I initially dealt with Collen over the phone who was very patient and plesant to speak with. She even worked on getting me a lower price without me requesting. She set up a test driving date and time and once I Came in Ryan let me enjoy myself without the pressure of having to buy anything once in his office the negotiations went smoothly and he made sure to discuss each document I was to sign and made sure I understood. He was patient and didn't once make me feel rushed so Thank you again Ryan and Collen, my next new car will definitely be with DCH Acura. More
My husband came to this dealership after going on line and visiting 10 use car dealerships. He was in an accident in his 2003 Aura TL and needed a car in a hurry. This dealership was our last hope. He asked us what we was looking for and found my husband the perfect car; a Certified pre owned 2006 Acura TL in the color he wanted (Blue) and in the price rage we was looking for. While my husband was wrapping up on the sale of his new car, I asked Ryan “if I want to trade in my 2002 Toyota Camay what can he do for me? “ I just had two things that I wanted out of this deal a monthly payment that I can handle and Navigation in my new car, cause I get lost a lot. Ryan found a car with the navigation but he said the monthly payments might be a problem. I have to say Ryan worked his magic and made it happen. Monthly Payments I can handle and the Perfect car for me; a Certified pre owned 2006 Acura TSX with navigation in it. Ryan even stayed with me for about an hour to help me figure out all the gadgets in my new car. I left with a car 1 day after my husband bought his car. I love my 2006 Acura TSX! Delivery was smooth an all the numbers discussed were as promised. Ryan went over all aspects of the car during delivery and answered all questions. A very professional dealership. They will give you the best deal they can without making false promises just to get you in the door. I can see why they are highly rated on this site. More
Having shopped around for the past 4 months for a 2007 RDX with Tech Pkg, I've had the displeasure of dealing with several dealerships either by email or walk-in. I've experienced bait and switch, vague price quotes, hidden fees, lack of response, and plain overpricing. They just want to get you into the dealership so they can apply the sales pressure. Dealing with Paul Dujets, the Internet Manager was truly a refreshing experience. No gimmicks, no sales pressure. Just straight up honest dealing. He was the only salesperson that willingly laid out the price plus all out the door fees right off the bat. We hashed out a price in just two emails and he patiently answered all my little questions via email. I picked up the car the following day and again he patiently showed us the car, went through the necessary paper work and later showed us all the features and how to use them. We also dealt with Jeff Torres for the financial part. Again, a very nice experience. No pressure to buy any optional features even though it was his job to go through them. I highly recommend doing the research yourself so that you as the consumer know what you want and dealing with a good Internet Sales Manager such as Paul. Avoid the hassle of the walk-in and dealing with commission based salesmen who try to get you to overpay. Overall a wonderful experience, this is how car buying should be. Don't waste your time getting a better quote from any other Acura dealer in the NYC/NJ area. DCH Montclair by far, beat out everyone else in terms of price and customer service. More
After losing our 08 TSX to an accident we wanted to replace it with an exact copy as my wife loved that car so much. After consulting the Acura website (looking coast to coast) for a certified used TS replace it with an exact copy as my wife loved that car so much. After consulting the Acura website (looking coast to coast) for a certified used TSX I discovered that DCH Montclair in Verona, NJ had an 07 TSX that fit the bill with the right (very rare it turns out) color combination and mileage. I flew from Kansas City to New Jersey and checked the car out. It was as described so gave them a check and drove 1200 mi home. Lisa worked with us over the phone, answering all the questions one might have when trying to buy a car halfway across the country. Kim helped me on-site and was terrific. Jeff was great to work with on the money end. The car was ready to go when I got there. I doubt I was there much more than an hour which was great considering the long drive ahead of me. Great team to work with! I highly recommend them. More

Kim was a true professional from the initial inquiry about the car to the day I picked up my vehicle. There was no BS, the price she quoted was the actual price I paid and it was the lowest price by f about the car to the day I picked up my vehicle. The whole transaction took about an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Excellent! More
