The whole team was great! Otto showed me the car, talked me through the sale, and then helped me customize the settings in my new vehicle. I never felt like it was a pressure sale and always felt like Otto me through the sale, and then helped me customize the settings in my new vehicle. Otto, was very detailed and pleasant to work with. There were no hidden dealer fees, like other dealers attempt to charge for. I would go back and buy another car or SUV from DCH. A dealership is as good as the people who work there and the ones you come across in your dealings. My girlfriend and I bought a new Acura TSX. I bought a 2005 Honda civic from DCH Montclair Acura. I was a nervous wreck not knowing what to expect. I always heard horror stories about car dealerships and car salesmen. But right from the beginning Ja was a nervous wreck not knowing what to expect. I always heard horror stories about car dealerships and car salesmen. But right from the beginning Jaime made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured at anytime. I felt like he was legitamately interested in what I had to say and how he was going to help me get a new car. He made sure to go over everything about the vehicle. He also made sure I knew how to work everything in my new car before I left as well. Jaime was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend DCH Montclair Acura to any of my friends and family. Everyone is really helpful friendly and nice. Overall it was a wonderful experience. More
