I have owned 3 MDX and the only reason is because of Tom Cardace and the service department. Tom is the best service consultant you could ask for. He does everything he says he will do. He keeps me informed of any potential problems and fixes the issues that are in current need of repair. My 2001 MDX has over 250,000 miles on it, still on the road and I owe it to the service it has received from them. I know that when I leave, my truck is in great shape. As a women, no bigger fear could be is to break down on the road with a child and I fell extremely confident that will not happen. It hasn't happened to me since 2001 and that is saying something.... Tom is the best! More
This was by far and away the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. There were no juvenile games where they kept me waiting while the salesman went to "talk to the sales manager". And my salesman, Mark Greshman, was a real gentleman and professional who understood my time was valuable. This is the way purchasing a vehicle is supposed to be. And the care doesn't end there. As a woman, I find it a bit intimidating to walk into a car dealership but as soon as I did I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. Dimitry and Frank were very knowledgeable and explained all th car dealership but as soon as I did I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. Dimitry and Frank were very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the TSX. I got a good price for my Lexus 330 in trade-in and have been very happy with my new car. They gave us a quote in writing, and stuck to it. They also gave us a credit for unused miles from our previous acura lease turn-in. We only wish all other dealerships could be like DCH Montclair Acura, as they can serve as a role model for efficiency and the best way to conduct a new car sale, as they avoid the hard sell tactics other dealers have. Again, our hats are off to this dealership, they earned our business and will do so in the future.
