I was dreading having to go into a dealership to deal with a car salesman due to previous experience. When I started dealig with James it was like a ray of sunshine. At NO point during my buying experience I felt pressured or intimidated, he explained all of the fees and gave me all the information that I needed going over all of the paperwork line by line making sure that I understood everything that I was signing. He made sure that the MDX I purchased had the running board I chose put on right away and it was prepared and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. This experience has left me feeling there is still hope for car salesman all over.
