I visited DCH Montclair Acura to see the new 2013 RDX. Walter greeted me in the showroom and gave me a very through presentation of all the new features and changes on the RDX in the showroom. Having got into a devastating car accident that left my 2002 Honda Civic totaled, I starting visiting dealership to lease cars. I went to Tenafly Honda, Englewood Lexus and Park Acura. All of the sales people were polite but none even offered me a test drive. Hence I came to DCH Acura and I met Jamie. To say he was great is an understatement. Jaime was polite, informative, immediately offered me a test drive on a 2013 ILX and 2012 TSX. He was completely relatable and did not pressure me an ounce. When I made the decision to lease the 2012 TSX, the paperwork was finished quickly. Any roadblock we hit he solved right away. The finance office was professional and friendly and there was no upsell or hidden charges. I leased the TSX on Sept 14 and have been in it for the last week and a half; amazing car. And even better amazing experience. I already received multiple thank you emails and phone calls inquiring about any problems and satisfaction. I am definitely completely satisfied. Picking up my license plates today! More
