She confirmed it was in inventory. Then put me in contact with Ben Klein the Sales Manager 6. Ben and I had a productive no nonsense conversation. He didn’t try to upsell, fast take me or anything. 7. We came to a mutually agreed upon price. 8. He asked for information to get the vehicle ready and get a head start on the paperwork 9. We went into the showroom the next day at noon to pick up the car, trade in our old vehicle and process paperwork. 10. Two hours later we are driving off in our brand new MDX. Ben and his team truly understand that time = money. They will not waste your time/money. I live in Westchester County NY and have 2 Acura dealers each ten mins from my house. I had my vehicle serviced at DCH Montclair Acura and was immediately impressed by service tech Elayne Velaaquez. Quick, efficient and proffessional. Did I mention very nice? She made my day go smooth as I was worried about my car and also if I had enough time to come back and pick it up after work. Needless to say she was amazing and very friendly. I kept the loaner over night and she was fine with that as I do work in the city and if was stressful to beat the race back to Jersey. But everything turned out perfect. Thank you Elayne for being friendly and also proving to me why I spent this amount of money on a luxury car, service is outstanding.
