We were looking for a used car and recently had a nightmare experience with Liccardi Ford. The check engine light was on when we purchased the vehicle, so we took it back to the friendly service center at the dealership. They were extremely helpful, quick and gave us a loaner vehicle while they fixed the problem free of charge. We did not buy a top of the line, expensive car, but we certainly were treated like a top of the line customer. I hope to get all my future cars there if possible.
