After several months of frustrating comparison shopping, I walked into this dealership guarded. I described the car I wanted and was told it was going to be difficult to find a 2014 Acura TL Special Edition in the color combination I preferred. It took the sales rep 1 1/2 days to locate my car. I returned to the dealership on my scheduled appointment date to find all paperwork prepared and ready for my signature at the finance office. Everything was done in record breaking time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when we arrrived. Collen set us up with Tony Karatzia. He was great. Very helpful, informative and no nonsense. He took us on a test drive and then he helped us put together a great deal. Throughout the whole process he was very patient (we asked a lot of questions numerous times). We never felt pressured or uneasy. We felt he was very upfront and honest. He put together a great deal for us and we are very very happy with our purchase. After we made our decision on the ILX we sat down with Benjamin. He also was very helpful to us and made the paper work as painless as possible. When it finally came time to lease our Acura MDX, Don went above and beyond in customer service to make sure that I got the specific car I wanted as soon as possible, and that I understood all of the many features of the car. SALES: In March 2014, the lease on a 2011 TSX was expiring. I contacted the dealer about 1 month in advance to check about current pricing and acquiring a new lease. From start to finish, Don Nardone made purchasing my "new" car a pleasant experience.
