On arrival we were greeted immediately and Tony took us through all the details clearly and patiently. As we were told, the finance guy (Benjamin) called me within a couple of hours and gave us the good news! Also, initially we did not think we could get a car so quickly but were informed of a cancellation that allowed us to come back same day and drive our RDX home! Jose (the salesperson that assisted me) was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating--he even spent 30 minutes with me in my new ILX explaining how to use the different functions/accessories in the car. Paul Dujets was easy to work with and I believe we got a reasonably good deal. Paul Wong was exceptional. I sold cars back in the early 90's to supplement my income. Never met a more professional representative then or since. Paul was great.
