Now that I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from DCH Montclair Acura. My experience was top notch from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Now that I have had my Honda for a few months, it is now time for my first oil change. I was a little unsure of the process so I reach out to a Latoya Davis and she informed me of exactly what I needed to do. She offered to set everything up for me when I was ready to come in. She even offered to give me a follow up call to remind me to set the appointment. Its so amazing to me that the customer service level is still exceptional even after the sale was made a few months back. This is what I call going the extra mile. I will definitely refer friends, family, co workers, and when my kids are old enough to drive I will purchase their first car from DCH Montclair Acura.
