Walter was very helpful and patient with my requests to find the best auto finance rate for my current Acura TLX at the end of its lease & even helped me consider the option to lease a newer more affordabl find the best auto finance rate for my current Acura TLX at the end of its lease & even helped me consider the option to lease a newer more affordable option of the Integra. He had convinced me to take it for a test drive and explained thoroughly all its features and capabilities. It's going on 3 months since I bought a 2019 vw jetta from this dealership, still haven't received plates for the car. My temp plates are expired and they told me drive it that way and that they would pa from this dealership, still haven't received plates for the car. My temp plates are expired and they told me drive it that way and that they would pay if I got any tickets. I'm not taking any chances because I don't believe they would honor that.
