He had convinced me to take it for a test drive and explained thoroughly all its features and capabilities. After much consideration, I had decided to stick to purchasing my current TLX which he patiently pushed for the best finance rate with various lenders the dealership has relationships with. Walter was kind and respectful and reasonable with me every step of the way. Highly recommend!!! More

It's going on 3 months since I bought a 2019 vw jetta from this dealership, still haven't received plates for the car. My temp plates are expired and they told me drive it that way and that they would pa from this dealership, still haven't received plates for the car. My temp plates are expired and they told me drive it that way and that they would pay if I got any tickets. I'm not taking any chances because I don't believe they would honor that.
