Super rude and unprofessional. He argued with us about that contract even though we were showing him what it said. He told us that wasn't the case and again and again we showed him where the contract said that contract even though we were showing him what it said. He got visibly and audibly angry that we wouldn't believe him over the contract and stormed off. Finally we talked to the finance manager and got everything straightened out, but this guy was unbelievable. The fact that he's still employed here is astonishing to me, because we heard from others that he treats everyone like he did us, rude, short tempered, and acts like he's a genius and we're idiots, even when he's clearly wrong by the dealerships own written contract that we have in front of us. It must be because he's one of the managers cousins that he's still allowed to work there and treat customers the way he did, that manager was just as rude and unprofessional, so he clearly doesn't care if his workers are, especially when they're family. More

Will never deal with DCH Kia of Temecula again. DCH Kia of Temecula installed new battery on 9/11/18. Battery dead on 9/23/20. No problem. Just go in and get a new one installed under a pro-rated price. NO of Temecula installed new battery on 9/11/18. Battery dead on 9/23/20. No problem. Just go in and get a new one installed under a pro-rated price. NOPE. They would not pro-rate the battery. Said they only pro-rate the labor and not the actual battery. If I wanted to buy a new battery, they would charge 100% the cost of the new battery and not the pro-rated price. Ended up leaving and going across the street to the Hyundai dealer and they took care of me. Hyundai dealer said Kia was wrong and the new battery should have been pro-rated. More
