I scheduled my car at 7:15 am for drop off, i received the first text at 10:53 with all the recommended services. Tried to approved all the services taht we wanted it done thru the link they sent thru tex the first text at 10:53 with all the recommended services. I have to give Tiffany a call but it always goes to voicemail, in others it took at least 30-45 minutes to sort things out. Waited to call till about 30 minutes before they close for the day to check on my car and i was informed that the seevuces that we agreed to be done at about 11:30ish was not performed at all.. and Tiffany didnt even bother to call and informe me about any updates … like i cant have my car at the end of the day and mind you i stated on the checklist that you need to fill out when dropping off a car that i need the car simetime around 11am. So yeah , not a happy customer. More
