Overall good dealer. Price matched online quote from another dealer. Quick, professional and friendly service. On the day of car pick up, mvc and paper work took only short time, car was ready. This dealership came recommended. I was very upfront where I was in my search but the still attempted to get me on price and trade in value. The sales representative Evelyn Wallis at DCH Kay Honda was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was looking for a 2009 Honda Civic sedan and she took me on test drive. I had a 2007 Honda Accord coupe and fe was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was looking for a 2009 Honda Civic sedan and she took me on test drive. I had a 2007 Honda Accord coupe and felt the trade-in amount was reasonable and fair (was able to get 3.9% financing on the new car). The finance director Matt Brodback explained everything in detail and even pointed out that I might be due a refund on the service and maintenance contracts from the '07 Accord I was trading in. I thought that was excellent customer service on his part. As I was preparing to leave in my new 2009 Civic LX S two technicians (never got their names) were kind enough to remove the license plates and Sirius radio wire from the Accord. Lastly, there was a young lady in the service department who was also very helpful. All in all, it was a very positive buying experience. More

Kay Honda also had a good inventory, so I got the car in the color I wanted. Evelyn was friendly and helpful. I did have to wait a while for them to prep my car (b/c I was there during President's Day), but I was able to get some work done while waiting. My husband leased his Honda Accord there too. It was also a good experience. Unfortunately, their sales force churns frequently. But everyone we dealt with so far have been very professional. More

In these economic times...that was very important to us. He made sure that he made us happy and kept us as a customer. He then handed us over to Tom. Tom was very efficient, friendly, helpful, professional. He was proactive and got all our return leasing forms ready ahead of time. He got us out of there quickly. No one likes to spend hours at a dealership. He explained everything about the lease, the car, etc. The finance person we dealt with was also very professional and efficient.
