I was shopping for a car for two weeks and met with many salesmen at all different dealers and I found Terry to be the nicest and most honest salesmen that I met. I understand the position of a salesperson salesmen at all different dealers and I found Terry to be the nicest and most honest salesmen that I met. I understand the position of a salesperson more than most because I am a purchaser for a living. I know their limitations and directions often make them have to fib a bit to get the deal. I felt that Terry (lets say) fibbed less than others and with that gained more of my trust than other sales people. Along with Honda being the better brand, and your salesman Terry being a nice guy I was comfortable in the purchase of my CR-V. Now all I need it for you guys to fix the scratch you put on it! More

It made me feel as if maybe the belief I always had in Honda as being a great car was misguided. I have had more than 5 Hondas and never had a serious problem. Did most of negotiation over IM and they delivered a price that expected would change when I went to the dealership. To my surprise no changes and smooth sailing all around.
